How Do We Heal? Online Conversations

People across East Suffolk are invited to participate in a series of online conversations which are taking place over the next couple of weeks, with the aim of capturing and understanding people’s health and care experiences during the pandemic in order to help shape how future services are delivered.

This first event is taking place this Wednesday May 12 from 12 – 1.30 p.m. and is focused on hearing people’s experiences of primary care (GP practices) and mental health services.

On hand during this conversation will be local GP Dr Juno Jesuthasan, NHS Ipswich and East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group chief officer Maddie Baker-Woods and a representative from Suffolk MIND.

You can join the event HERE – you can join at any time between 12 – 1.30 p.m.

With COVID-19 affecting us all in very different ways to move forward we need to understand people’s experiences, and these conversations are one way to help support local people.

The second online conversation will take place on Wednesday May 19 from 12 – 1.30 p.m. and the focus will be health inequalities within communities and the family/carer experience and you can join HERE
