From midnight 11 November 2021 all health professionals as well as volunteers and trades people entering care homes must be able to demonstrate that that they have been double COVID-19 vaccinated or are exempt.  More HERE

You can demonstrate your vaccination status by showing care home staff:

·       the NHS App

·       the NHS website – NHS.uk

·       the NHS COVID Pass letter

There are few medical exemptions to vaccination.  However, if you are medically exempt from this requirement you are still required to show your COVID19 pass. More HERE

Other exemptions for NHS funded services include:

·       People who have evidence of a medical exemption

·       Members of the health service deployed for emergency response which for the NHS means staff who are deployed as part of an emergency ambulance response, including community first responders
