Our kids are eating too much sugar, saturated fat and salt. Public Health England's Change4Life campaign is encouraging parents to ‘Be Food Smart’, by downloading a new a app to highlight how much sugar, saturated fat and salt can be found in everyday food and drink, giving parents the opportunity to take more control of their children’s diets.
